Supreme Care Services Limited is a dedicated provider of a wide range of domiciliary care services for people with a reduced ability to care for themselves. At Supreme Care Services, we provide a wide range of practical help and support to people in the community who, because of extreme frailty, disability or illness, require assistance in their own homes. We assist them to remain in their own homes, close to their loved ones and local community. Whilst in their homes, our service users can carry on as normal a life as possible, in dignity and surrounded by their own belongings.

At Supreme Care Services, we recognise the need for care to be delivered by a skilled, honest, conscientious and motivated workforce. We are committed to the recruitment and training of our staff in the delivery of care to a high standard.

Whether it’s residential care for someone who is finding it increasingly difficult or lonely living in their own home, or someone who needs specialist nursing or dementia care etc, our home managers can offer guidance and support during a chat over a cup of tea. We have a number of services throughout London, with new services currently being developed.

All our staffs are thoroughly screened, trained, insured, DBS checked and in-depth references are also obtained.

At present, we are an approved provider with Surrey County, Royal Borough of Kingston, Croydon, Wandsworth, Royal Borough of Greenwich and Merton Social Services to name a few. We are a contractor with the NHS (for some of their more complex packages) and also have a number of Direct payment and Private clients. Some of the other areas we currently cover include Surrey, Ealing, Southwark, Lewisham & Richmond-Upon-Thames.

If you fund your care privately or receive assistance in the form of a Direct Payment, Individual Budget (IB) or Self Directed Support (SDS) we can help.

We are registered and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and are a member of the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA).

We aim to provide a friendly and reliable service. We are contactable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.
